D’Yquem, D’Youch
I love it when my dad describes his hangover on the Internet. Hilarious.We attended a terrific Halloween party last night: cocktails, hors d’oeuvre, magnificent dinner with lots of excellent French Bordeaux, entertainment (“Mr. Hollywood”) and then dessert. Our host produced a magnum of Chateau d’Yquem. If you have never had this most delicious of all dessert wines you do not know what you are missing. It is sacrileges to allow any of the nectar of the gods to go to waste. For the next 2 hours I did my best to prevent this from occurring. Today one could say I’m a little gray, a little slow off the mark; but I’m not unhappy.
